Affiliate Referral Program
We’re excited to offer you the opportunity to earn rewards by referring new clients to Exclusivia Equine Agents. If you know someone who would benefit from our Equine Finder Services, simply refer them using your personal referral code — and once they sign up, pay in full, and complete their service with us, you’ll receive £50 as a thank-you. This is a flat fee and not commission based!
Eligibility:
The referral program is open to anyone in the equine industry, the every day individual, animal or country businesses, including past clients, trainers, riders, and professionals. You must be over 18 and based in the UK. You do not need to be an Exclusivia client to join. They can either state your name or referral code but this has to be on the Equine Finder Form when signing up to us. You can find this form here.
What Counts as a Referral:
A referral is considered valid if the new client was not already in contact with Exclusivia and provides your unique referral code during their initial enquiry or onboarding. One reward is paid per new client referred.
Payout Terms:
Referral rewards are paid within 14 days of the referred client completing their contract and full payment. Please note each service package is a different length of time so we will keep you posted when they have complete. Payments are made via bank transfer.

Earn £50 for every successful referral.
Upon reaching 2 referrals, gain exclusive access to the Exclusivia Access Club, offering premium perks and discounts from leading UK brands.
After 5 referrals, receive complimentary branded merchandise, including a high-quality gilet and additional surprise gifts.
Upon achieving 10 referrals, be awarded a £100 bonus and if your a business receive prestigious Exclusivia Top Affiliate Badge (Digital and for Businesses only), recognizing your exceptional contribution.
As an affiliate you will receive £50 discount on any of our Equine Finder Services.
Use of Exclusivia Branding and Materials
As a participant in the Exclusivia Referral Program, you are permitted to use only the images, and marketing materials explicitly supplied by Exclusivia Equine Agents for promotional purposes that will be sent to you on email. Any use of Exclusivia’s branding, images, or marketing content beyond those provided by Exclusivia is strictly prohibited without prior written consent. You are not permitted to publish or portray working for Exclusivia. Unauthorized use may result in termination of your participation in the referral program and withholding of any pending rewards.
Modification and Termination of the Program
Exclusivia Equine Agents reserves the right to modify, suspend, withdraw, or terminate the Referral Program or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying participants. Participation in the program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Exclusivia is not liable for any losses or damages arising from such modifications or termination.
Excludes: Bolt on packages such as paperwork, vetting, transport, equine viewing consultations and merchandise. This is for finding horses ONLY.
Important Notice:
The Exclusivia Referral Program is intended as a goodwill reward for genuine referrals and is not an employment arrangement or income source. It should not be relied upon as a means of regular income. Exclusivia reserves the right to decline or withhold rewards in cases of misuse, false referrals, or breach of the program terms. A referral only counts if you have signed up to our program - not word of mouth.
