Exclusiva was established in 2022 by founder and leading Equine Agent, Sasha.
In just the first year, the business exceeded its original goals—doubling projected growth and setting a strong foundation for continued success. Since then, we’ve had the pleasure of supporting a wide range of wonderful clients and forging partnerships with some of the top equestrian companies in the industry. At Exclusiva, we proudly work with everyone from first-time buyers to seasoned equestrians, offering tailored packages to suit all needs and budgets. Whether you're searching for a happy hacker, a Pony Club pony, a low-level all-rounder, or a top-level competition horse — we're here to help.
And it’s not just private clients we support — we also work with Riding Schools, Equestrian Colleges, RDA Centres, and other organisations within the equine sector.
Exclusiva supports clients through the entire horse-buying process, from start to finish. This includes assistance with legal paperwork using templates designed by our own solicitors, as well as help sourcing trusted vets and transport. We are a fully registered and insured business, proudly verified by Equinnect—so you can rest assured that service quality and client protection are at the heart of what we do. Most importantly, we operate on transparent flat fees rather than commission, so you always know where you stand when it comes to budgeting.
About Sasha - Owner and Managing Director.
Being a true equestrian herself having ridden and owned horses from a young age, they soon became a full time devoted love. Over the years she has competed, and ridden in various disciplines from show jumping, showing, cross country and natural horsemanship with her own horses. With Sasha’s career path she has predominantly worked with the family business’s, in roles from specialising in Human Resource Management and expertise in Business Governance support throughout the companies.
Naturally as all equestrians do…over the years bought many of her own horses as well as supporting family and friends alike, it became apparent there was no set platform for professional support in sourcing horses that was not an equine dealer/trader.
Combining the wealth of knowledge and experience from both equines and business over the past 15 years, Sasha was inspired to fill the gap in the market, spending many months building Exclusivia Equine Agents before being released in 2022 - Becoming the UK’s very first National Equine Agency that is not an equine yard or producer – but an impartial company dedicated to equestrians everywhere that delivers a high quality professional and friendly support service finding their beloved four legged friend.
Sasha is deeply passionate about supporting small business growth and B2B collaboration. In 2024, she co-founded the Equestrian Entrepreneurs Network — a community dedicated to empowering equine-focused business owners through connection, education, and shared resources.
